Terms

Liability

At Kranked Fitness LLC, we want to ensure you understand that physical exercise and recovery services can be intense and come with potential risks, including serious injury. That’s why we strongly recommend you get a physical examination from a doctor before starting any exercise program or recovery service.

By participating in these fitness sessions, or personal training activities, you agree that you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for setting appropriate resistance levels, consulting your doctor before any strenuous exercise, and making informed decisions about your own fitness.

This waiver covers, but is not limited to, the following: (a) Your use of all equipment, amenities, and participation in any activity, class, or personal training, whether on-site or off-site. (b) Any unforeseen equipment malfunction. (c) Any instruction, training, supervision, or dietary recommendations provided by us.

Reservations

All Pivot clients must have a unique account with a valid email address and phone number to register for classes. You can register online, through our app, or in person at the studio.

If the class you want to book is full, you can join the waitlist. As cancellations occur, the waitlist automatically moves the next person into the canceled spot. You will receive an immediate notification via email if you secure a spot.

By signing up for the waitlist, you agree to the same terms as signing up for a class, including the cancellation policy. However, if you are moved off the waitlist less than 30 minutes before class and cannot attend, please inform us, and we will mark you as an early cancellation.

If the waitlist is full, we encourage you to keep checking for availability or select a different class time. We are unable to add clients to a waitlist that is already full.

If you are not signed in 3 minutes before the class starts, your bike will be given away. If you are running late, you must call the studio, and we will hold your bike for 5 minutes after the class start time. First-time clients must arrive before the class begins to participate.

Cancellations

To avoid a late cancel fee of $15 for monthly unlimited members or the loss of one class from your package, all classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.

You can cancel a class online, through our app, in the studio, or by calling and leaving a time-stamped voicemail at least 12 hours before the class.

Reserved bikes will be released to waiting clients 3 minutes before the class starts if you have not arrived and have not notified us that you are running late. If you call to let us know you’re running late, we will hold your bike for 5 minutes after the start of class. After 5 minutes, entry to the class will not be allowed, and you will be charged a late cancel fee or lose a class.

Failure to show up, cancel, or contact us within the appropriate time frame will result in a late cancel fee or the loss of a class. No exceptions.

If you have confirmed a spot in one class and are moved from the waitlist to another within the late cancel period, you will be charged for both spots, as we cannot accommodate switching between classes.

Early cancellations are not refunded, but the class will be credited back to your account for future use.

Charges

We are a cash-free studio; all accounts must have a credit card on file. No exceptions.

All classes must be paid in full by the time the class begins. If you attend a class without previously purchasing it, your account will automatically be charged for a single class.

Shoe rentals are $2 and will be charged to your credit card during class if you do not provide cash before the class starts.

Gift cards are valid for Pivot classes and merchandise only and cannot be converted to cash.

If a client’s credit card is declined for class, shoe, or water charges, they must update their credit card information before being allowed to take another class.

Waiver

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also agree to our new rider waiver. Please review the waiver before your first ride. The full waiver is available below.

Minors

You must be 14 years or older to take a Pivot class. If you are under 18, your legal guardian must sign a consent form in person at the studio before you ride. Riders must be at least 4’10” tall.

We do not allow unaccompanied minors to remain in the lobby during class. No exceptions.

Miscellaneous

Our Flex monthly pricing is a month-to-month auto-renewing membership with a minimum term of 2 months before you can cancel. If you need to terminate the contract due to prolonged illness, injury, relocation, or other extenuating circumstances, we require 30 days’ advance notice.

All single and multi-class packages have expiration dates, which are subject to change without notice.

Pivot is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Items left in the studio will be kept in lost and found for 1 month before being donated.
