30/30 combines a 30-minute Focus Ride with 30 minutes of strength training in our NEW outdoor Strength Space. Start on the bike with rhythm-based intervals that ignite your energy, then move to your own designated bench for guided, progressive weight training using dumbbells. Each day targets a different focus—Upper Body, Lower Body, or Glutes + Core—with Full Body programming on weekends.
