Before You Arrive

Hydrate + Fuel

Get yourself ready! Make sure to drink plenty of water and grab a light snack before class. We’ve got water for sale and a free refill station if you bring your own bottle.

Attire + Shoes

Throw on your favorite workout gear—form-fitting pants or shorts, and don’t forget those socks (trust us, you’ll need them!). Our bikes require cycling shoes, so bring your own LOOK Delta or SPD-compatible shoes, or rent a pair from us for $4.

Lockers

We’ve got you covered! Store your stuff in our cubbies or lockers. Plus, we provide sweat towels.

When You Arrive

Check-In

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early and check in with the front desk. You’ll sign a quick waiver (if you didn’t online) and get all the details—from class style and bike setup to meeting your instructor. Just a heads-up: if you’re not signed in 3 minutes before class, your bike might be given to someone else!

Etiquette

We’re all about good vibes and supporting each other! Movement is what we do, and connection is key. Be kind, bring positive energy, and please, keep your phone out of the studio to stay focused. If you need to stay connected, just leave your phone with the front desk.

In The Studio

Bike Setup

New here? No problem! Our team will help you get set up on your bike just right for a great workout. They’ll show you how to adjust resistance, clip in and out, and get the hang of our spinning style.

Safety

We’re here to challenge you, but remember, it’s all about finding your own pace. You’re in control, so listen to your body and go at a speed that feels comfortable for you.

No Pressure, All Progress

Seriously, we get it—starting something new can be a bit intense, but you’ve got this! If you have any questions before you arrive, hit us up via email or give us a call. And once you’re in the studio, don’t hesitate to ask the front desk or your instructor for help. We’re here to support you every step of the way — let’s make it happen!
